To burn in the Township you must contact the Marshall Fire Dept. and the Town Clerk
Marshall Volunteer Fire Department
Monday – Friday 6 AM to 6 PM: Contact the Marshall Fire Station at 608-655-3322
After hours: Contact Marshall FD Chief, Blair Pierce at 608-228-4674 before you start to burn
**You need to speak to one of the above before you start to burn - voice messages, emails or text messages are not accepted
Medina Town Clerk
Contact Tammy Jordan at 608-219-3556 (If no answer – Please leave name, phone #, address and if you have contacted the Marshall FD)
Permission is not needed to burn in a covered burn barrel or camp fires. (Outdoor & Refuse Burning Ordinance 1-1-2006)
