- Mission: It is the mission of the Marshall Volunteer Fire Department to provide the best possible care to the people that live, visit and travel through the area served by the Marshall Volunteer Fire Department. Care and treatment will be provided to all without prejudice to race, color, creed, religion or sexual orientation. We are constantly striving for improvements in the care delivered, the quality of membership, the quality of training and education provided to our members and members of the community.
